Our fifth-grade students were able to catch a glimpse of what 6th-grade would be like by visiting the middle school. They had an opportunity to tour the building, find classrooms, and test out the indoor track! Thank you to WMS Guidance Counselor, Mr. Pavey, for leading the tour!

CURRENT Kindergarten Families: The end of the school year will look a little different! Due to the screening process for prospective 2023-2024 kindergarten students, the last day of school for all current kindergarten students will be Thursday, May 25, at regular dismissal time.
FIELD DAY is coming up on Thursday, May 25! Remember to send your students to school wearing tennis shoes, a hat/sunglasses, and some sunscreen!

Mrs. Woods' second-grade students worked hard researching and illustrating their animal research projects. Today, they invited staff to their classroom for a gallery walk to proudly share what they learned. We think they did a great job!

To celebrate their hard work serving the school community, WES Student Council relived the discovery of King Tut’s tomb and treasures at the COSI exhibit in Columbus yesterday. They also enjoyed interacting with the many different science exploration stations on display! Congratulations on another successful year of community service!

Congratulations to our elementary winners of the 2023 Pickaway County Soil and Water Conservation District's poster contest! Brooklyn Steward (3rd grade) placed 1st in the 2nd-3rd grade category, and Kinsley Steward (Kindergarten) placed 2nd in the K-1st grade category!
Their winning artwork will be displayed at the Pickaway County Main Library in Circleville, on placemats at local Bob Evans restaurants, and the PCSWCD website at http://www.pickawayswcd.org/. Brooklyn and Kinsley are pictured with Pickaway SWCD Education and Outreach Coordinator Katerina Sharp.
