Thank you, Shaina, Alicia, and Kristin, from Premier Dental, for visiting our Pre-K, Kindergartners, and 1st-graders and teaching them about dental health! The students were surprised by a special guest reader, the author of the book "The Very Wiggly Tooth," Shaina Shedlock. Her book can be found at https://www.amazon.com/Very-Wiggly-Tooth.../dp/B0BSWM2ZKK.
Our 2nd-graders had a blast celebrating 2/22! They enjoyed snacks that came in pairs, had a ton of two-themed activities, brought in pictures from when they were two years old, and enjoyed storytime with guest reader, Mr. Sheets, who read the book "Chickens Don't Wear Tutus!"

So proud to have the DARE program in our fifth-grade classes! Deputy Bowers does a great job working with our students on the DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) curriculum, keeping them engaged and learning while having fun. DARE teaches students to resist peer pressure, the importance of good decision-making, and how to live productive, drug and violence-free lives.
